DV Commodities currently has over 35 desks, with traders and staff located in London, New York, Chicago Houston, and Dubai.

Overview:
As a Trading Intern, you'll work closely with our trading teams and learn about proprietary methodologies and trading systems that support an established trading business. You will build and maintain trading models, oversee, and improve daily processes as needed, analyze, and solve discrepancies in trade positions and identify new market opportunities. Trading interns work in a relatively flat organizational structure and are mentored by senior traders and other trading professionals.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field and expected to graduate between Winter 2026 and Summer 2027
• Strong interest in trading and model development
• High level of proficiency with Excel, C++, C#, R, Python, and VBA is preferred
• Strong work ethic and ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Demonstrated ability to learn and apply new concepts
• Ability to work onsite at our New York office 5 days a week

Hourly pay range $40.00-$45.00
