Be the Best Home Health Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant You Can Be If you meet these qualifications, we want to meet you! Associate degree from an accredited school of Occupational Therapy Required Certifications and Licensures: Valid license, registration, certification or permit to practice in the states of agency operation Must be a licensed driver who can travel to all business locations Must possess and maintain valid CPR certification while employed in a clinical role
