We are currently seeking an Accounting Assistant!
Perform daily accounting and bookkeeping tasks while assisting the operational accountants with administrative duties.
Responsibilities include:
+ Process weekly AP draws
+ Create and assign vendor IDs
+ Scan deposits to the bank
+ Scan bank reconciliation for record-keeping
+ Distribute financial draw information
+ Conduct and balance monthly AP audits
+ Enter biweekly payroll invoices
+ Compile month-end reports received from the site teams
Requirements:
+ Bookkeeping or accounting experience preferred
+ Must be self-motivated with attention to detail
+ Strong verbal and written communication skills
+ Ability to effectively communicate and meet deadlines
+ Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide mathematical figures

Compensation: Full- Time $19.00 to $21.00 per hour
