Job Details
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Assistant to join a dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting professional with a passion for the entertainment industry to work in a fast-paced and exciting environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform account and bank reconciliations to ensure accurate financial records.
Pull and save remittance files for accurate payment tracking and record-keeping.
Communicate with clients via email, providing financial statements and addressing inquiries.
Run client account statements and ensure timely payment processing in InEntertainment software.
Process payments, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company standards.
Transfer and enter financial entries into QuickBooks Online for comprehensive record-keeping.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience in a professional setting.
Strong knowledge of QuickBooks Online and MS Excel required, familiar with InEntertainment software a plus!
Demonstrated ability to manage high volumes of client accounts with accuracy and efficiency.
Excellent written communication skills for client correspondence.
Strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
