We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity in Mission, Kansas, United States for an Accounts Receivable Assistant. This role is situated in the accounting industry and will require the successful candidate to manage customer accounts, maintain an organized record system, and handle various accounting functions.

Responsibilities:
• Accurately process customer credit applications in a timely manner
• Utilize accounting software systems to maintain and update customer records
• Perform thorough accounts receivable tasks, ensuring all transactions are accounted for and properly posted
• Handle billing functions, ensuring accurate invoicing and timely collection
• Resolve customer inquiries related to their accounts or any other financial issues
• Monitor customer accounts regularly, identifying and resolving any discrepancies
• Maintain a high level of proficiency in using ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning software
• Effectively use ADP - Financial Services software for various accounting operations
• Familiarize with and use CRM - Customer Relationship Management system for better customer interaction
• Operate Epic Software for business operations, ensuring efficient workflow.• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems
• Comprehensive understanding of Accounting Functions
• Practical knowledge and experience with Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Skilled in executing Billing Functions
