Your Day-to-Day:

  • Provide critical support to the President and VP of AV Pros NY.
  • Manage time-tracking entries for payroll and ensure the accuracy of company fleet maintenance.
  • Oversee onboarding for new vendors and maintain up-to-date vendor contact records.
  • Manage Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs) and follow through to completion.
  • Ensure timely access approvals for buildings and help coordinate logistics.
  • Handle the company’s eBay store and assist with creating new administrative processes.
  • Oversee new employee onboarding, including workstation setup.
  • Manage supplies inventory, anticipate needs, and place orders when necessary.
  • Organize meetings, appointments, and events for stakeholders.
  • Assist with personal errands and gift purchasing as needed.

Skills & Experience We Value:

  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent time management, organizational, and prioritization skills.
  • Tech-savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • At least 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Experience in the AV, construction, electrical, or HVAC fields is a plus!
  • Strong communication skills—both written and verbal.
  • Ability to think critically and problem-solve on the fly.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Business or Industrial Engineering degree.
