Job Description

The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Refugee Support Services program, which includes but is not limited to the following duties:

  • Assisting Intake Coordinator and Case Workers with client communication
  • Assisting clients with document production process
  • Creating and maintaining program files
  • Following up with clients regarding appointments and outstanding information
  • Drafting program advisal, termination, and referral letters
  • Participating in and contributing to team meetings
  • Performing other duties as assigned by supervisor
Job Requirements:
  • High school diploma/GED
  • Fluency in Spanish or Haitian Creole
Previous experience working in a non-profit or government setting is preferred but not required.
