Naturescape is seeking to hire a full-time Sales & Administrative Assistant to provide support at our Schiller Park, IL branch. Would you like to work with a stable, family-owned business ? A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A SALES AND ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Do you have a passion for customer service and sales? Would you enjoy making a positive difference in the lives of our customers? Would you enjoy being a crucial part of a branch that strives to grow by providing phenomenal service to each one of our customers? Your responsibilities would include:

• Customer Interaction & Sales: Help customers with incoming questions and concerns over the phone and email using solutions-oriented and caring communication. You'll also reach out to current and interested customers to establish long-term relationships. You'll look for opportunities to use our services to satisfy the needs and desires that our customers have.
• Branch Administrative Support: Support the branch and the branch manager with efficient and accurate operations such as; accurately entering, updating, and organizing data, running reports, and processing customer payments.
• Route Scheduling: Schedule routes for our specialists to maximize efficiency and quality of service to our customers.
