Summary

The Quadrilingual Academy is looking for Lead or assistant aftercare teachers to work Monday - Friday from 3:30 pm - 6 pm (closing). This position could lead to permanent placement in the near future. The teacher would be added to the substitute list and contacted for additional working hours when regular staff are on Paid Time Off.

We plan to hire for this position by October 15th or earlier if we find the right candidate. You must live locally and be available to start prior to November 1st.

Duties

Support Lead Teachers, classrooms, recess, bathroom breaks, and various activities with the students ages 1 year - 9 years old.

Requirements

Ages 15 and up. Prior to the age of 18, you can only work as an assistant teacher supporting Lead teachers. Applicant must be available all days of the week consistently to qualify.

Nice To Haves

Previous childcare experience as an assistant or lead teacher. In addition to speaking English, the school teaches Spanish, French, and Chinese. Native speakers of French, Spanish, and/or Chinese receive increased compensation.

Benefits

The school provides lunch for aftercare teachers, as well as drinks, snacks, and optional uniform shirts. Teachers working with us throughout the day are provided with a Chromebook, tablets, drinks, snacks, and lunch.
