Denver International Airport (DEN) is seeking a Manager of Airline Affairs to manage the development, acquisition, leasing and relationships of the Airport's property and facilities for airlines. Key responsibilities include managing the airport's business relationship with airlines by collaborating with other airport divisions, directing and managing the initiation, negotiation, and implementation of airline, cargo, special facilities and TSA agreements and renewals, communicating and integrating the organization's strategic plan into functional and operational areas, administering space allocation for airlines and TSA using principles of Highest and Best Use, facilitating airline startups, relocations and airport projects, and serving as a consultant within the organization relevant to concerns generated within the specialized assignment. The position supports a hybrid workplace model with three days per week reporting in person to Denver International Airport and off-site work within Colorado. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of airline affairs or related experience, demonstrated relationship management and financial analysis skills, ability to work cross-functionally, manage multiple priorities, and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field. A valid Driver's License is required. The role offers competitive salary ($84,604-$115,000 starting pay based on education and experience) and benefits including pension, retirement plan, PTO, paid holidays, and medical/dental/vision plans.
