Job Description

As an Apartment Leasing Agent, you will play a crucial role in helping prospective residents find their ideal home. Your responsibilities will include conducting property tours, answering inquiries, and explaining lease terms and conditions. You will handle rental applications, manage lease agreements, and coordinate renewals while ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations.

In addition to leasing duties, you will maintain ongoing resident relations by addressing concerns, responding to maintenance requests, and ensuring overall satisfaction throughout their residency. Accurate record-keeping and maintaining property data are essential aspects of this position.

Success in this role requires strong customer service skills, effective communication, and meticulous attention to detail. You will be the first point of contact for both prospective and current residents, contributing to a positive living environment and a successful leasing process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct property tours for prospective residents and address questions about available units.
• Explain leasing terms, rental agreements, and community policies.
• Process rental applications and ensure accurate lease documentation.
• Manage lease renewals and resident relations, addressing any concerns or requests.
• Coordinate maintenance requests with the appropriate teams.
• Maintain accurate property records, including resident files and occupancy data.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to all prospective and current residents.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Experience in leasing, real estate, or customer service preferred.
• Basic knowledge of property management software is a plus.
