for our customers---helping them take the first step toward resolving their foundation and concrete concerns.

What You'll Do:

• Be the first impression of our company by making and answering calls to set sales appointments
• Work cross-functionally across multiple departments to ensure a seamless customer journey
• Maintain accurate customer records within a Salesforce-based CRM
• Effectively communicate with potential customers, converting inquires into booked appointments
• Be open to occasional overtime when needed to support the team
• Deliver a remarkable customer experience with every interaction

Role Requirements:

• Two or more years of customer service experience
• Exceptional telephone and interpersonal skills--confident, clear, and engaging on calls
• Proficiency in computer programs and applications, with experience using a CRM (Salesforce is a plus)
• Self-driven and tenacious with a positive, can-do-attitude
• Comfortable making a high volume of calls per day to prospective customers
