NYC-based SOSHNY Architects in Charlotte, NC, office seeks full-time Architects with a minimum of 5+ years of experience in all aspects of design and production for hospitality projects. Applicants must be able to develop documents and details from design concepts in Revit and ACAD and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
We seek a highly motivated individual who wants to participate in exciting hospitality projects. The ideal candidate should be able to work independently and as part of a team. Applicants should be willing to take on responsibilities and enjoy a meaningful role in all our projects.
The ideal candidates should be motivated, self-starters and must meet the following qualifications:
· Five-plus years of professional experience
· Bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture or interior
· Knowledge of building codes, standards, and structures
· Computer skills must include AutoCAD, Revit, and Adobe Programs
· Self-motivated, energetic, proactive, flexible, and able to meet project timelines
· Excellent spoken and written English skills to communicate effectively with clients and the project team
