Job Description

SDH Studio seeks a passionate Architectural Designer to join our integrated team of architects and designers. As a participant in our uniquely collaborative design process, you will work hand in hand with our founder and principal architect as well as colleagues across disciplines on a wide variety of luxury residential projects.

Architectural Designer Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture required
• 5-8 years of experience in all phases of architectural projects - specifically single-family residential

Architectural Designer Requirements

• Proficiency in Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Enthusiastic commitment to the multidisciplinary design process and team environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Curious and open-minded to learn and assume increased responsibilities
• Committed to building a long-term professional career
• Bilingual (English and Spanish)

Architectural Designer Responsibilities

• Prepare presentations and documentation for schematic design, design development, and construction documents
• Work on research for product and construction methods related to projects
• Review and process construction administration documents
• Meeting with clients, suppliers and trades
• Project management skills for high-end custom single-family residential projects clients

Other Requirements

• You must currently reside in the Miami area or be willing to relocate
• If you are relocating from outside the United States, you must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States – we are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.
