Braum's has an immediate opening for an experienced Area Recruiter working from our Arlington, Tx office. If you are a positive, energetic person with expertise in attracting talented people to join a team, we have just the opportunity you are looking for.This position is responsible for maintaining staffing levels for assigned retail stores within a selected territory. The selected individual will work with our District and Area Managers to determine store hiring needs, create and evaluate the most effective recruiting strategies for openings, follow new hire documentation procedures, maintain tracking information and create reports as needed. This position reports to the South Region Operations Director. Annual Compensation: $55,000 - $60,000 3 years of recruiting experience. A recruiting background in the restaurant, hospitality, retail (multi-unit) industry would be preferred. Solid knowledge of HR practices and principles with demonstrated knowledge of recruiting techniques and employment policies and procedures is required. College &/or professional certification preferred Excellent oral & written communication skills. Organizational, consulting, and negotiating skills needed. Competent in PC basics (Microsoft Office, Excel, etc.), candidate sourcing, Internet job board advertising, and Applicant Tracking System (ATS) usage Provide accurate & timely reports and participate on projects, as necessary. Be willing to travel within assigned area - sometimes involving overnight stays.
