About the Role

We're looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Account Executive, Social Media to support our social media initiatives across multiple client accounts. This role offers an exciting opportunity to grow within the digital marketing and social media space, working alongside experienced professionals on high-profile campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in developing, executing, and monitoring social media campaigns across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and more.
Collaborate with account managers and creative teams to align social media strategies with client goals and brand messaging.
Manage daily content scheduling, posting, and audience engagement across client social media accounts.
Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and social media best practices to inform strategy.
Help create and curate engaging content, including images, videos, and copy tailored for different platforms.
Monitor social media performance using analytics tools, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
Engage with online communities by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and brand-appropriate manner.
Support influencer outreach efforts, including identifying potential influencers and tracking campaign performance.
Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign execution aligned with broader marketing objectives.

What You Bring

1-2 years of experience in social media marketing, preferably in a creative or digital agency setting.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their best practices.
Proficiency in social media management tools like Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or Buffer.
Excellent writing and communication skills with keen attention to detail.
A creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging content ideas.
Basic knowledge of social media analytics and reporting tools.
Strong multitasking and organizational skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive, self-starter attitude and a passion for digital marketing.

Bonus Skills

Experience with paid social media advertising (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.).
Familiarity with design tools such as Canva, Photoshop, or video editing software.
