Job Description

We are a well-established, client-focused law firm seeking a dedicated and experienced *Family Law Attorney* to join our team in *Rochester, Minnesota*. This is a *full-time, on-site* position for a licensed attorney who thrives in a dynamic, high-volume environment and is passionate about helping families navigate difficult legal challenges.

In addition to family law, this position offers the *optional opportunity to work on complex personal injury and criminal defense cases*, providing variety and depth for attorneys seeking broader litigation experience.

*Who We're Looking For:*
The ideal candidate has a strong background in family law and is capable of independently managing a *high-volume caseload*. While *courtroom experience is preferred*, it is not required. You’ll be supported by a *full-time paralegal* to help manage your caseload efficiently.

*Key Responsibilities:*

* Handle a wide range of family law matters (divorce, custody, support, etc.)
* Maintain regular communication with clients and opposing counsel
* Represent clients in hearings and trials (if applicable)
* Optional involvement in *personal injury and criminal defense cases*, depending on interest and experience

*Requirements:*

* J.D. from an accredited law school
* Licensed and in good standing to practice law in Minnesota
* Reside in or be willing to relocate to the *Southeastern Minnesota/Rochester area*
* Excellent organizational, communication, and case management skills
* Ability to prioritize and manage a demanding caseload
* A team-oriented mindset with a commitment to client service

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
