Looking for a promotion or want to make a change? Donley Auto Group is seeking to hire a General Sales Manager.
Responsibilities include:
Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to increase sales volume, market share, and profitability.
Manage & oversee incoming traffic from all leads
Assist in desking deals based on current incentives
Assist in inventory control, ensuring a focus on aging units
Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Maintain high customer satisfaction scores
Requirements:
Experience as an Automotive top performer in any of the following areas: Sales Management, F&I Management, or Floor Sales
Proven track record of success in automotive sales and/ or F&I
Ability to train, motivate and assist Sales Staff to exceed sales goals month after month
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with customers
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Ability to work a (5) day work week.
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
Computer and internet savvy.
