Role Overview

As a Benefits Advisor, you’ll be the main point of contact for clients, ensuring they get the most value from our services. Your job is to increase client retention, improve satisfaction, and proactively address client needs. You’ll work closely with our fulfillment team to ensure delivery of results.

What you’ll do:
  • Meet with clients and provide the best solution to secure their financial future
  • Assist clients and fill in any existing benefit gaps, help them understand the importance of having enough coverage
  • Think critically, work productively and prioritize effectively.
  • Natural communicator who inspires confidence and trust in clients.


Experience & Qualifications:

✨ Drive to deliver results.
✨ Able to develop and recommend product enhancements to help find insurance solutions for customers.
✨ Must be knowledgeable about the insurance products they sell and the regulations governing the insurance industry.
✨ Communicate effectively with clients to explain policy details, benefits, and coverage options.
✨ Negotiate terms of insurance policies to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
✨ Administer benefits and assist clients in understanding their options.
✨ Proven experience in insurance sales or related fields such as retail sales or outside sales is preferred, but not required.
✨ Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for customer acquisition and retention.
✨ Ability to communicate complex information clearly and effectively.
✨ Excellent negotiation skills to close deals successfully.
✨ Life insurance license is a plus, we will provide support through licensing process
