$80,000+ Based on experience

• Draft and prepare legal documents, including pleadings, affidavits, subpoenas, pretrial orders, and legal briefs
• Conduct legal research and organize findings to support motions, hearings, and litigation
• Examine and prepare financial disclosures and support the case strategy
• Maintain organized and accessible case files and discovery records
• Communicate directly with clients in both Spanish and English to provide updates, collect documentation, and ensure satisfaction
• Accurately track deadlines, hearings, and case milestones
• Utilize legal tech tools such as Clio , FamilyLaw Software , and other case management and timekeeping platforms
• Participate in a 20-question written evaluation to assess legal knowledge, communication skills, and attention to detail

• A professional paralegal with a minimum of 3 years' experience in family law
• Fluent in both Spanish and English , with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Extremely detail-oriented , highly organized , and committed to meeting deadlines
• A self-starter who thrives on taking initiative and solving problems independently
• A team player with the flexibility to adapt in a growing, high-performing firm
