A food industry company is seeking a Bilingual Japanese/English Sales Administrator to join their team in Torrance, CA. This position is responsible for support the sales team with administrative tasks, including the creation and processing of quotations, contacts and invoices. An AA degree, 2 years of inside sales/administrative experience in related industries, and the ability to speak, read, and write Japanese is required. This is a full-time position, exempt, in person, with a bonus, excellent benefits, and 401k. [Work Schedule: 9:00am - 5:30pm]
Bilingual Japanese/English Sales Administrator Duties:
-Support the sales team with administrative tasks, including the creation and processing of quotations, contracts, and invoices
-Manage and update customer information and sales progress using CRM tools or spreadsheets
-Handle customer inquiries via phone and email, including delivery scheduling and general support
-Delivering machines and providing operation training upon delivery
-Manage order processing, coordinate shipping arrangements, and inventory control
Bilingual Japanese/English Sales Administrator Skills:
-Must have an AA degree
-Must have 2 years of inside sales/administrative experience in related industries
-Must be able to speak, read, and write Japanese
-Proficient in basic PC skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
-High attention to detail and accuracy in administrative work
