Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year
A bit about us:
We are a national architectural firm seeking a remote BIM Manager. You will oversee the creation, management, and updating of a company's BIM model. You will work in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) sector and be responsible for implementing BIM procedures and operations throughout the design, construction, and handover phases of a project.

Job Details
Creating families and fixture block librarys, while maintain the company BIM standards.
Collaborating: Working with clients, contractors, design teams, and supply chains
Managing information: Organizing digital resources, such as construction projects and budget spreadsheets
Creating BIM models: Overseeing the production of project information models that combine data, drawings, and schedules
Implementing strategy: Defining a BIM strategy to improve internal communication
Training: Training team members on how to use software tools
Enforcing standards: Enforcing project standards, including document creation and sharing
Staying up-to-date: Keeping up with industry standards and regulations
