*Full Spectrum ABA*
_*Life Changing Therapy for Children and Young Adults with Special Needs.*_
Seeking a highly motivated BCBA to join our growing team serving the state of South Carolina! Full Spectrum is expanding rapidly to bring services to more children in this area! Hybrid and remote positions are available (in-person and fully telehealth services)!
_*Fully remote options available BCBAs living in South Carolina!!*_

*BCBA: $70-75/hour*
*Bonus options available!*
*Qualifications*
· Master’s degree in special education or related human services field
· BACB Certified
· Valid driver’s license and current car insurance
· Medicaid and Tricare provider status a plus but not required
· Demonstrative behavior management, instructional, and communication skills
*Responsibilities:*
· Develop behavior and treatment plans for all clients within the ABA model
· Function in a supervisory capacity and provide oversight to all areas of programming including the training of Registered Behavior Techs
· Provide ongoing support and training to Registered Behavior Techs and families
· Provide consultation and support to management
· Maintain all data, paperwork, and notes in a timely fashion
· Within county travel to provide in home support to clients and families
· Remain up to date with the latest education in the field
