Job Description
Mayweather Boxing + Fitness, the hot new fitness concept founded by Floyd Mayweather and based on his actual training regimen, is looking to grow its Winning Team.
The Mayweather Boxing + Fitness Group Fitness Instructor is responsible for leading our signature studio classes and delivering a high energy, motivating workout that inspires our participants to empower their inner champion.
Requirements:
· Group training certification and/or group fitness instruction experience required.
· Boxing group fitness experience strongly preferred.
· Must hold and maintain a current CPR/First Aid/AED certification.
· Strong interest and passion for fitness - both personally and of others.
Instructor qualities:
· Outgoing, energetic, passionate, positive, motivational, hard-working, and empathetic.
· A team player, hardworking, and loves helping others.
· Extremely organized, punctual, always prepared, and in uniform.
· Dedicated work ethic, integrity, and professional demeanor.
· Strong verbal communications skills.
· Preferred nationally accredited current fitness certifications:
· NSA, ACE, ACSM, PTA Global, NASM, AFAA, NETA
Job Duties:
· Foster a fun, positive, community-based environment.
· Instruct class according to the ability level of the members participating.
· Set-up and clean-up equipment neatly and properly.
· Be able to perform and demonstrate exercises in class with modifications as needed.
· Promote classes.
· Educate Members on Studio wearable technology.
· Comply with all Mayweather Boxing + Fitness company policies and procedures.
· Participate in all company events, meetings, etc.
· Engage in Member events, competitions and activation.
· Make daily calls to Members to engage and book them into classes.
· Make daily calls to Prospects who have taken your class.
· Responsible for Member Retention'
