Job Title: Brand AmbassadorLocation: Portland, OR & Surrounding Suburban CitiesCompany Overview: We are an Oregon-based cannabis manufacturer that takes pride in crafting high-quality cannabis products and fostering meaningful connections with our customers and communities.Were searching for a dynamic and outgoing Brand Ambassador who embodies our values and is passionate about the cannabis industry to represent Bobsled Extracts at dispensaries and events.Job Summary: As a Brand Ambassador, you will act as the face of Bobsled, engaging with customers, dispensary staff, and the broader cannabis community. Youll play a key role in promoting our brand, educating customers about our products, and driving sales during dispensary pop-ups and events across Portland and surrounding cities. This is an excellent opportunity to combine your love of cannabis and people with a career in a growing and vibrant industry.Key ResponsibilitiesSet up engaging and professional pop-up stations at licensed dispensaries to showcase Bobsled Cannabis products.Engage with dispensary customers to educate them about our products, company mission, and the unique qualities that set us apart.Build and nurture relationships with dispensary staff, including budtenders and managers, to increase brand loyalty and visibility.Distribute branded swag and promotional materials to drive awareness and customer excitement.Leverage social media platforms to promote events and share content that reflects the Bobsled Cannabis brand.Collect valuable feedback from customers and dispensary staff to provide insights for marketing strategy improvements.Stay knowledgeable about Oregon cannabis laws and ensure compliance in all activities.Travel within Portland and surrounding suburban cities to attend dispensary events and promotions.Qualifications: A charismatic, outgoing people person with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Passionate about cannabis, including product knowledge, industry trends, and education. Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer-facing roles (preferred but not required). Self-motivated and comfortable overcoming objections and engaging a wide variety of personalities. Reliable transportation, proof of insurance, and ability to be added to the companys insurance policy. Must be at least 21 years old with a valid OLCC (Oregon Liquor and Cannabis Commission) permit. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and travel within Portland and nearby cities.Physical Demands: Standing for Extended Periods: Setting up and managing pop-up stations requires standing for several hours during events.Walking and Moving Around: Ambassadors often move around to engage with customers, distribute materials, or adjust event setups.Lifting and Carrying Materials: Transporting promotional materials, swag, and event setups (e.g., tables, banners, or product samples) may require lifting items weighing 20-40 pounds.Driving: Frequent travel to dispensaries and events requires reliable transportation and the ability to safely drive short to moderate distances.Setup and Teardown Tasks: Setting up displays, arranging materials, and breaking down setups at the end of events often involve bending, stooping, and light physical labor.Outdoor Work: Some events may take place outdoors, requiring comfort with standing or working in varying weather conditions.Compensation: Competitive hourly pay with performance-based bonuses.Flexible scheduling to accommodate work-life balance.Opportunities for career development, networking, and growth within the cannabis industry.A welcoming, supportive environment where your contributions make a real impact.How to Apply:If youre excited to represent Bobsled Cannabis and connect with customers across Oregon, wed love to hear from you!
