Job Title: Brand Experience Social Media Ambassador Department: Marketing

Job Summary: Hours: Hourly, as-needed

Brand Experience Social Media Ambassador will assist On-Site Managers (OSMs) in capturing content to support a cohesive social media campaign during events. Secondary responsibilities may include the setup and breakdown of booths and trailers, speaking with and educating customers, and entertaining our audience. Occasionally, other projects not related to events will be available. This is a temporary position on an event-based schedule and not a consistent weekly schedule.

Duties/Responsibilities:

1. Content Creation & Social Media Execution

Capture and post on-site content in real-time to Flex Seal’s social media channels, aligning with the agreed-upon strategy to maximize viewership and awareness. Utilize trending formats (e.g., Reels, Stories, TikTok-style edits) to highlight key event moments in an engaging way. Maintain brand voice across all content and interactions.

2. Audience Engagement & Community Interaction

Engage with the audience by monitoring comments, responding to questions, and sharing user-generated content to enhance interaction and excitement. Identify social media trends and opportunities to strengthen global audience connection.

3. Event Coordination & Support

Collaborate with the On-Site Managers (OSMs) and event team to capture and amplify high-impact moments such as celebrity appearances, product demos, and giveaways. Assist with event logistics, including setup and breakdown of booths, hosting games and activities, and engaging with potential consumers. Keep event KPIs top of mind and contribute to achieving unique goals for each event.

Required Skills/Abilities:

· Demonstrates fluency and grammatical accuracy

· Strong background in photography and videography

· Expertise in social media platforms like Instagram and Facebook

· Familiarity with social media video trends and platform requirements

· Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

· Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.

Education and Experience:

· High School diploma or GED equivalent required

· 1-2 years of experience with social media community engagement for a reputable brand

· Brand ambassador experience is a plus

Physical Requirements:

· May involve manual labor – must be able to lift 50lbs

· Able to stand for long periods of time

· Must be comfortable working in high-volume, high-traffic events (both indoor and outdoors)

· Able to travel domestically
