As a Brand Marketing Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our marketing team in executing impactful campaigns and ensuring seamless event coordination. This entry-level position is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the world of event marketing while contributing to the success of our clients' brands.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of various marketing events, including but not limited to product launches, promotional events, and brand activations.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts, marketing materials, and strategies tailored to client objectives.
• Provide on-site support during events, ensuring all elements are in place for a successful execution (e.g., setup, logistics, attendee engagement).
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, audience preferences, and opportunities for innovative marketing approaches.
• Manage and maintain inventory of promotional materials, ensuring adequate supplies for events and campaigns.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.
• Strong passion for marketing and events, with a desire to learn and grow in the field.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
• Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with design software/tools is a plus.
• Previous internship or relevant work experience in marketing or events is advantageous but not required.
