Join our amazing team at The White Flower Bridal Boutique and take brides on a journey where dreams come true! We are eagerly seeking a passionate Bridal Sales Consultant to join our stylist team, where every day is filled with the joy of making brides feel special and cared for.

As a Bridal Stylist, you'll showcase your expertise by knowing our inventory in and out, offering unique customizations for brides wanting a one of a kind dress, and employing expert sales techniques that make our brides feel comfortable and confident in their purchase. Maintaining an extroverted and bubbly attitude throughout each appointment is what makes our team special.

The White Flower is a fun and exciting environment for our stylists and brides. In the position, you'll style brides in couture gowns, pop confetti when brides say yes to the dress, and have input on which gowns to select each season from Bridal Fashion Week. At The White Flower, your voice is a valued part of our boutique and we can't wait to see how much our brides love you.

Hours : This is a full time position. You will be scheduled for 4-5 days per week with Saturdays and Sundays required . Hours are from 9:30am to 6:30pm . Depending on your needs and skillset, we are flexible to make the position 4 or 5 days, with Fri-Mon or Fri-Tue being the available days for this position. We are unable to modify this schedule at this time.

Compensation : We provide hourly compensation of $19-21 per hour, depending on experience, plus industry-leading commission on all sales. On average over a 2 month calculation, our stylists have earned an average of $39-$39.75 per hour including commission . In some pay periods, stylists have earned as high as $46 per hour. **Please note that commission is not paid during training, only base pay, which lasts 2.5-3.5 weeks depending on how quickly you learn and how much bridal experience you have.

The average commission per sale is $165-190, and stylists are offered up to four bridal styling appointments per day. We are proud to offer 401(k) retirement plans with a company match.

Additionally, we offer individual and group sales incentives as a fun bonus throughout the year. Puppy parties hosted in collaboration with the local humane society are team favorites!

Requirements :

You must have minimum 12 consecutive months of experience in wedding dress sales. Resumes without this experience will not be considered, as we do not make exceptions to this requirement. Past hires have had an average of 3-4 years of experience at a bridal boutique.

• Excellent communication and 'people' skills - extroverted, bubbly, passionate, and positive.
• Very knowledgeable about bridal fabrics, silhouettes, terminology; comfortable with customizing wedding dresses
• Proactive, self-motivated, and responsible with great integrity and work ethic. Eager to fill down time with productive work independently, rather than waiting to be given tasks.
• Ability to dress stylishly on the job for our high-end boutique environment.
• Comfortable dressing brides
• Excellent sales closing ratio
• Fashionable and willing to provide advice and opinions to each bride to steer her in the right direction for her gown purchase.
• Amenable to adapting to how The White Flower operates, even if it's different from your past boutiques. We appreciate open minds and flexibility in learning new methods and techniques.
