Job Summary As a
Busser , you will be an integral part of our team, responsible for creating a memorable dining experience for our guests by ensuring tables are clean and set, dishes are cleared promptly, and the dining area is tidy. This entry-level position is a great starting point for those who are passionate about the food and beverage industry and want to learn and grow in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Responsibilities - Set tables with clean linens, silverware, glassware, and condiments in preparation for guest seating.
- Clear tables promptly and efficiently, removing dirty dishes, glassware, and utensils to keep the dining area clean and inviting.
- Reset tables for the next guest by ensuring all items are properly cleaned and arranged.
- Assist servers and bartenders with delivering food and beverages to guests in a timely and courteous manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including sweeping, mopping, and ensuring proper sanitation standards are met.
- Provide exceptional customer service by anticipating guest needs and going above and beyond to exceed their expectations.
Qualifications - No previous experience required, we provide on-the-job training!
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be willing to stand on your feet for long periods of time
- Varying schedule that includes weekends and most holidays
- Must be willing to work in a hot and noisy environment
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow in the hospitality industry.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
