One of the leading high frequency trading firm in NYC are looking for a C++ developer to join their greenfield project and work directly with the head of platform technology who is a pioneer of C++ trading systems development.
The team has not started trading yet and are still in the process of building their core team and hiring key contributors. They have around 7 individuals including a junior researchers, a senior PM and quant developers. They are making a crucial hire of a C++ engineer who has experience building high performance simulation engines for microsecond trading strategies.
The team is about 6 months away from their target "go-live" date where they hope to begin trading, so it's a great time to get on board to really build from scratch. The team is comprised of veterans from Radix / Jump Trading / Virtu financial and other Prop / HFT businesses in the market, so they have a strong team already.
