About This Role:

At The Pet Station Country Club, we take Daycation very seriously - our Canine Coaches make every day fun, fulfilling, and safe! This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where you’ll manage group play and care for pups while maintaining the highest standards of safety and cleanliness. We are looking for someone who can keep up with the pack, communicate openly and professionally, and help their team create unique and engaging experiences for both our pups and their parents!

A Day as a Canine Coach consists of:

• Self-motivation to uphold standards and align with the team’s mission
• Communicating clearly and effectively with team members, leadership, and pet parents
• Supervising dog playgroups of 8-15 with focus on appropriate play and engagement
• Maintaining awareness of each dog’s behavior and wellbeing
• Supporting your team with positive, solution-focused energy
• Creating and managing photo and video content for our Daycation community
• Continuously maintaining a clean and healthy environment
