American focus Care is seeking dedicated and compassionate Caregivers. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing support and implementing intervention plans based on the needs of the members. Your responsibilities will include assisting individuals with daily living skills, facilitating social interactions, and implementing techniques in the member's home.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized intervention plans
• Provide support to individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.
• Assist with daily living skills, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, household tasks, etc.
• Facilitate social interactions and promote community integration.
• prompting fun functional play
• Collect data on member progress and behavior observations.
• Transport members to and from their homes and community outings.
• Other duties to help the member reach their goals.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fingerprint clearance card
• CPR and first aid
• Previous experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities (preferred).
• Ability to implement behavior intervention plans and collect data accurately (will train).

• 39-month MVR

Pay: From $17.50 per hour

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Monday to Friday

Experience:

• Caregiving: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)
