Responsibilities Carton Handlers are critical to our success at FritoLay! Our Carton Handlers are responsible for ensuring proper handling of our cartons that hold our product that you already know and love! Although you will start out as a Carton Handler for FritoLay, we are investing in helping you grow with us. This job can open the door to career opportunities with us or our parent company, PepsiCo. In this role, here are some of the frequent tasks you will be doing:
- Cleaning and loading cartons
- Properly sanitizing cartons
- Ensuring carton operators function correctly
- Managing carton inventory
- Recycling old cardboard cartons
Qualifications We are open 24 hours a day, which means you may not have a typical schedule, and our jobs are physical! If you have never worked in a warehouse environment before, you should understand that you will be on your feet for the entirety of your shift. Here are the minimum qualifications of this job:
- You are 18 years of age or older
- You will be required to work on weekends, holidays as well as off shift
- You can stand and walk for extended periods of time with or without a reasonable accommodation
- You can repeatedly lift, carry, push, pull, and handle products with or without a reasonable accommodation
