About the Role

In this role, you will apply your Excel, Luminate, IRI/Nielsen, Madrid technical and analytical skills to identify sales trends and new business opportunities. This role reports to Senior Walmart / Sam’s Team Director.

This is a work from your home office role located in NW Arkansas.

Who You Are

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• 5+ years Walmart supplier experience preferred.
• Solid analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Proficient with syndicated data (IRI or Nielsen), Luminate and Madrid.
• Positive history of working independently with a high degree of initiative (self-starter).
• Intermediate / advanced Excel skills.
• Reliable vehicle with clean driving record.
• Pass drug and background screen.
• Seeking a CPG career with a family owned and managed company with an outstanding team!

What You Will Do

• Partner with Senior Walmart / Sam’s Team Director supporting Walmart and Sam’s Club business development.
• Sales Performance Analysis: Monitor, analyze sales data tracking performance against targets and identify growth opportunities.
• Reporting & Forecasting: Generate sales reports, dashboards, and performance summaries to assist leadership in strategic decision-making.
• Professional Representation: Uphold company policies and represent Tony Chachere’s with professionalism and integrity.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support business objectives.
