About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Marketing Officer to lead its global marketing and innovation efforts. This role demands a strategic, hands-on leader with a proven track record in the restaurant or hospitality industry, particularly in scaling marketing efforts for a multi-location business. The CMO will oversee brand management, customer loyalty programs, and the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels. They must be adept at managing multiple teams and projects, and be prepared to roll up their sleeves to ensure the success of the marketing department. Applicants for the Chief Marketing Officer position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field, with an MBA preferred. A minimum of 15 years of marketing experience, including at least 7 years in a senior leadership role within the restaurant or hospitality industry, is required. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical and data-driven approach to marketing, be known for being the voice of the customer, and have experience in building and managing successful brand loyalty programs. Personal characteristics should include being a hands-on innovator, thriving in a fast-paced environment, and being passionate about the company's mission. Experience in a Private Equity-backed business and a background in franchised marketing are also advantageous.
