About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff to serve as a key partner to the Executive Team, driving the execution of leadership priorities and fostering cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate will be a standout communicator, impeccably organized, and adept at high-stakes process management in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include distilling and sharing information, managing internal communication processes, and leading on people and culture matters in conjunction with the Chief People Officer. The role demands a professional with a background in a leading consulting firm or a current Chief of Staff position, experienced in project management, and passionate about stakeholder alignment and the company's mission. The successful Chief of Staff will have a strong preference for experience in infrastructure investing, strategy, internal communications, and/or Registered Investment Advisors. This is a dynamic role that offers the opportunity to make a significant impact and potentially transition into another position within the company after a period of approximately two years. The candidate should be prepared to take on the challenge of scaling a growing, sustainable business and be committed to the values and work of the organization.
