About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to take on a pivotal role in leading and enhancing all operational functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving efficiency, consistency, and quality within the organization. This hands-on position involves overseeing a range of tasks, including but not limited to, outsourced accounting and compliance, vendor and broker relationships, and optimizing workflows across various operational and data systems.
