About the Role

The Company is actively seeking a dynamic Clinical Affairs Associate Head for the Cardiology Division. This vital leadership role encompasses managing and enhancing the clinical practice and operations within the Division of Cardiology. The successful candidate will lead a diverse team of cardiologists, advanced practice providers, and fellows while closely collaborating with administrative staff and clinical researchers to develop and optimize effective clinical programs.

The Associate Head will serve as the primary liaison between the Division and the healthcare system, ensuring high standards of quality and safety, as well as aligning clinical protocols. Key responsibilities include:

  • Program development and operational harmonization
  • Driving the advancement of divisional strategies
  • Fostering workforce development and education
  • Encouraging innovation and research
  • Promoting financial and strategic growth

Applicants should possess an MD, DO, MD-PhD, or DO-PhD, be board-certified/eligible in Cardiovascular Medicine, and have at least 5 years of experience in leadership and operational roles. A strong foundation in clinical operations, quality assurance, safety, and outcomes is essential. Experience in workforce development and adherence to professional standards is preferred.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated success in program development and a strong publication record in the field of Cardiology.
