Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Clinical Research Coordinator to join our team and contribute to the advancement of medical research. This role is integral in ensuring the successful execution of clinical trials while maintaining compliance with federal regulations and company standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee clinical trial performance and adherence to study protocols
• Coordinate with Principal Investigators, sponsors, and study teams to ensure effective communication and protocol compliance
• Conduct patient interviews, collect medical history, and maintain accurate source documentation
• Perform clinical procedures, including vital signs, ECGs, and phlebotomy, as required by study protocols
• Dispense and document study medications in accordance with regulatory guidelines
• Educate patients and families on study participation and clinical trial procedures
• Ensure timely resolution of sponsor and monitor queries

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree preferred; HS diploma or GED required
• Prior experience in a clinical or research setting preferred
• Strong knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and FDA regulations
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
