For over 30 years, New Season Treatment Centers has been a leading national health care service provider of outpatient treatment centers that specialize in providing safe, quality, and best-in-class care for individuals living with Opioid Use Disorder ("OUD").
As a Licensed Clinician, you’ll supervise and coach a team of Substance Abuse Counselors who are eager to learn and grow professionally. You’ll work with a collaborative treatment team consisting of our medical director, program director, counselors, and nurses to identify and meet the patient's clinical needs and assist in their overall well-being.

Essential Functions:
Oversees and supervises clinical work of clinical staff as required
Providing individual and group supervision to grow and develop clinical staff
Reviews, signs, and dates are required for all appropriate documentation.
Provides administrative supervision, including performance reviews, disciplinary actions, hiring/separation authority, and time and attendance for the assigned clinic.
Ensures patient progress is accurately documented by staff in all patient charts, including intakes, admissions, and discharges. Provide reports as requested.
Ensures compliance with all local, state, federal, and company rules and regulations within the clinic's budget.
Assists with clinical aspects of the quarterly quality assurance program reviews.
Actively participates in community relations activities as directed and authorized.

Essential Qualifications:
Education/Licensure/Certification: Qualified candidates must have an LICSW, LMSW, LMHC, or LPC.
Experience Required: Minimum of three (3) years of post-master experience in a health service field.
