Job Description

Join our dedicated team at the Northwest Center for Academics and Therapy (NCAT) as a Clinical Supervisor - Day Treatment Manager. In this pivotal role, you will lead and coordinate psychosocial rehabilitation programming, ensuring that our services meet the needs of the students and comply with all certification and licensure requirements. Clinical Supervisors will maintain a small caseload of therapy clients, and fill in for other therapists when necessary.

This is a Full-time, benefit eligible position. The candidate will work in the Northwest School District, and schedule will align with school hours.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS - JOB SPECIFIC

Recruit, hire, train, and supervise staff to maintain high standards of care and support.
Oversee day-to-day operations of the Day Treatment program, ensuring compliance with staffing ratios and documentation requirements.
Develop structured and engaging program schedules that align with treatment planning and best practices for diverse populations.
Support staff in arranging additional community services for individuals in need.
Provide crisis intervention and support during high-stress situations.
Assist in the development of innovative educational groups to enhance individual functioning.
Mentor staff in clinical skills, career development, and continuing education.
Manage billing functions to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
Collaborate with external care providers to maintain positive relationships and comprehensive support for clients.
Ensure all services are welcoming, recovery-oriented, and evidence-based.

Master's Degree in psychology, counseling, marriage & family therapy, or social work required

WORK EXPERIENCE/TRAINING/ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

Minimum of five years of direct service experience with children, adolescents, and their families.
Experience with DMH program implementation and compliance preferred
Administrative and clinical supervisory experience preferred

LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION

LPC or LCSW required
