Job Description

Are you a compassionate and skilled therapist looking for a rewarding role where you can truly make a difference in the lives of children, teens, and adults?

We're excited to expand our team and are looking for a dedicated therapist to join our supportive, collaborative practice. This is a unique opportunity to have a meaningful impact while enjoying the flexibility and support to grow your career.

Why You Should Join Us:
Unmatched Flexibility: We understand the importance of work-life balance. In this role, you'll have the freedom to build your caseload at your own pace, set your schedule, and choose the population you're most passionate about working with. You'll also enjoy the convenience of working from home, with a schedule that works for you and your family.

Focus on What Matters: Say goodbye to administrative burdens! We take care of everything from referrals, scheduling, reminder calls, marketing, and billing, so you can dedicate your time and energy to your clients. Our robust support team ensures you're never alone in your efforts.

Be Part of a Caring and Collaborative Team: Join a clinic renowned for its holistic approach to child and family mental health. We foster a culture of support, where your contributions are truly valued. You'll be surrounded by a team of professionals committed to making a lasting difference in the lives of those we serve.

Collaborate and Grow: Work alongside seasoned clinicians, neuropsychologists, and psychiatrists in an environment that promotes teamwork and integrated care. You'll have plenty of opportunities to learn from others, share ideas, and refine your clinical practice.

Ongoing Career Development: We believe in continuous professional growth. With access to training, case conferences, and the latest research in child and family therapy, you'll be supported in your career journey every step of the way.

Make a Lasting Impact: Your work will go beyond therapy sessions—you'll help children, teens, and families overcome challenges, strengthen relationships, and build lasting well-being.

We're Looking for Candidates Who Have:
Education: A Master's or Doctorate degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling.
Licensure: Current licensure in Maryland to provide mental health treatment (LCSW-C, LCSW, LCPC, LMSW, LGPC).
Passion: A genuine desire to work with children, adolescents, and families.
Tech-Savvy: Experience with Janeapp EHR is a plus.
What We Offer:
Competitive Compensation: Attractive pay based on your license type and weekly caseload (fee-for-service).
Paid Time Off, Referral Program, and Performance Bonus.
Health Reimbursement Plan.
Flexible Work Options: Work from home with a schedule that supports your personal and family life.
Comprehensive Administrative Support: Focus on client care while we handle all the administrative tasks.
A Collaborative and Supportive Team: Work with a multidisciplinary team that includes nurse practitioners, social workers, and professional counselors—easy in-house referrals for testing, pharmacotherapy, and psychotherapy.
Ongoing Professional Development: We offer assistance for your continued growth and education.
Supervision Support: Free individual and group supervision for LMSW and LGPC therapists, with up to four clinical supervision hours per month available for full-time employees.
Support for New Clinicians: Whether you're just starting or already have an established caseload, we offer the guidance and support you need to thrive.
