We’re looking for a hands-on, go-to Commercial HVAC Technician ready to take on complex systems and keep businesses running cool and efficient. If you thrive on solving problems, owning your day, and working with top-tier equipment, let’s talk.
What You’ll Do:
· Diagnose, maintain, and repair commercial HVAC/R systems (think VRF, RTUs, chillers, boilers, towers—you name it).
· Own your service calls and keep things moving with smart troubleshooting and clean, accurate reporting.
· Interpret schematics, stay safe, and keep it all up to code.
· Communicate clearly with clients and coordinate with the crew.
· Care for your tools, tech, and vehicle like they’re your own.
What You Bring:
· 2–5+ years of field experience
· HVAC certifications (EPA, trade licenses, OSHA 10+)
· Solid mechanical/electrical skills and tech know-how (CRM, analyzers, gauges, etc.)
· Valid driver’s license and clean record
· Able to lift, climb, crawl, and handle all job environments
· Pass all background checks needed for sensitive job sites
Bonus Points for:
· Factory certs (Daikin, LG, Mitsubishi, etc.)
· SIMPRO or similar software experience
· NATE certs and strong soft skills
