Job Description

We are seeking a responsible, trustworthy, experienced janitor/commercial cleaning person for our professional offices in Clearwater, Florida (33762).

• This job includes cleaning and maintaining common areas, restrooms, and office spaces daily between one occupied office building and one partially occupied (small number of people) office building.
• Daily tasks including cleaning restrooms, vacuuming offices and common areas, dusting, emptying trash, sweeping, mopping, and other duties as needed.

• You must clear a background check and you must be legally authorized to work in the US.
• Bilingual is ok, but you must be able to understand and communicate in English .
  
  

IMPORTANT :
This is a physical job that includes (but is not limited to) the following activities:

• You must be able to push, pull, lift, and carry 30lbs. and walk from building to building.
• You must be able to tolerate hot temps and cold temps outside while walking the property.

• You must be able to climb stairs and carry cleaning tools, chemicals, and supplies.
• You must be able to climb stepstools or small ladders to clean above eye-level.
• You must be able to use your body strength to sweep, vacuum, wipe, and reach.

Requirements

• Must have 3 or more years of experience in business housekeeping, office cleaning, or janitorial services
• Work hours: Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm
• A minimum of 2 work references from past employers
• Agree to a criminal background check
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Valid driver license
