Commercial Paint Project Manager

About the Company: Our client, a well-established commercial painting contractor in Charlotte, NC, is seeking an experienced Commercial Paint Project Manager to join their growing team. Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented Commercial Paint Project Manager to oversee multiple commercial painting projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing commercial painting projects while maintaining quality, safety, and budget requirements.
Key Responsibilities: •Manage multiple commercial painting projects simultaneously
•Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
•Coordinate with general contractors, architects, and other trade partners
•Supervise painting crews and subcontractors
•Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
•Review and process change orders
•Conduct regular site visits and project status meetings
•Manage material procurement and inventory
•Prepare detailed project documentation and reports
Required Qualifications: •5+ years of commercial painting project management experience
•Strong knowledge of commercial painting materials, techniques, and applications
•Proven experience with project scheduling and budget management
•Excellent communication and leadership skills
•Proficiency in MS Office and construction management software
•Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
•OSHA safety certification preferred
