Communications Manager

Are you passionate about storytelling and building meaningful connections? We're seeking a Communications Manager to lead both internal and external communications, including public relations, brand messaging, and our customer evidence program. In this role, you'll craft strategies that ensure clear and consistent messaging, foster strong media relationships, and elevate our brand presence in the health and wellness technology space.

As a strong program manager and creative communicator, you'll work closely with leadership to align communication efforts with organizational goals, leveraging various channels to make an impact.

What You'll Do:

Internal Communications:

Partner with the Executive Leadership Team to support internal communication goals.
Develop and implement effective internal communication strategies.
Craft and distribute company-wide announcements, newsletters, and materials for monthly updates.
Foster a positive and collaborative company culture through engaging communication initiatives.
External Communications & Public Relations:
Develop a PR roadmap and strategy aligned with leadership, product marketing, and go-to-market plans.
Create press releases, media kits, and other external communication materials.
Build relationships with media contacts and industry influencers to secure positive company coverage.
Develop and manage the brand's social media strategy, ensuring alignment with broader goals.
Act as the company spokesperson for media inquiries and public statements.
Monitor media coverage and public perception, providing regular updates and analysis.
Lead crisis communication strategies to address potential PR issues effectively.

Customer Evidence Program:

Manage the customer evidence program across all markets and segments.
Maintain a database of customer evidence, including testimonials, case studies, and video content.
Partner with marketing and sales teams to identify compelling customer stories and conduct interviews.
Oversee content creation, approval, publishing, and promotion in collaboration with the content marketing team.

What You'll Bring:

3-5 years of experience in communications, public relations, or a similar role.
Proven ability to develop and execute successful communication strategies.
Experience managing social media and digital marketing.
A Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
A collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Office, social media platforms, and PR databases.
