Computer Vision Engineer
Job Description
This individual will primarily be responsible for the machine learning pipeline used to train models in the HazardAI product line. The initial project this engineer will focus on is enhancing our current camera product line to detect various objects in addition to people.
Skills & Qualifications
+ Bachelors degree in computer science or related discipline including coursework and/or working knowledge of mathematics and statistics applicable for object detection and location
+ 3+ years of professional experience in computer science or related field
+ Solid training computer vision AI models
+ Familiarity with variety of CV algorithms (e.g. OpenCV)
+ Prior experience with CUDA and Pytorch/TensorFlow is preferred
Work Environment
+ The facility is a common office environment adjacent to warehouse space also used for product testing.
+ Office hours are Monday through Friday with core business hours from 10 AM to 4 PM (flexible start and end times) although the candidate will be working with a globally diverse team and will be required to accommodate business hours in other time zones on an as-needed basis
