Pay: $18.00 – $20 hourly plus bonus Schedule: Monday – Off Tuesday & Wednesday, 11 pm – 7 am Thursday – Off Friday & Saturday, 11 am – 7 pm Job Description The Concierge is committed to resident satisfaction in the apartment community. This position will assist in the daily workflow to ensure that all events and service requests are handled quickly and professionally. The role operates on a 24/7 basis in some locations, and specifically evening shifts in other locations, with schedules customized as required by each site. The Concierge serves as the first point of contact for residents, visitors, prospects, and vendors, acting as a hospitality ambassador and liaison with the Management office. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, outgoing, and has an excellent customer‑service mindset. Responsibilities also include assisting with leasing activities when the leasing office is closed. Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities Welcomes residents and guests in a courteous and friendly manner as they enter the building Communicates to residents regularly via newsletters and social media Provides recommendations to residents on community attractions and local amenities when requested Participates in event marketing Provides brochures, floor plans, and other collateral to clients Completes guest cards, provides mini‑tours, and acts on leasing behalf during off‑hours Retrieves packages for residents Provides refreshments to residents and guests Maintains Concierge Binder Keeps front lobby stocked with magazines, collateral, maps, transportation schedules, menus, etc. Maintains a clean and orderly front desk, lobby area, and applicable storage closets Prepares incident reports and related documentation Adheres to established fair‑housing policies Communicates with co‑workers, management, residents, vendors, and all outside contacts in a courteous and professional manner Maintains confidentiality of co‑workers, management, owners, past and current residents, vendors, and all outside contacts Requirements Minimum one year of college experience Social media, customer service, and writing skills Availability to work a flexible schedule any day of the week Strong organizational and time‑management skills Effective communication skills, both verbal and writtenAbility to resolve minor problems while maintaining a friendly and professional manner Team‑oriented attitude Additional Information We are an equal‑opportunity employer committed to diversity.
