Requirements:
Weekend availability & schedule flexibility
1+ years of luxury customer service experience
Experience with computer software, Microsoft Office, typing, computers
Fluently communication over the phone & in person
Bridal or luxury retail customer service experience is a plus
Bilingual is a plus
Professionalism
Able to do multi tasks
Problem solvers
Ability to stand for multiple hours at a time & able to reach up to 6 feet
Job Duties:
Answering phones
Booking, organizing and confirming appointments
Answering inquiries quickly in a professional and timely manner
Team players
Assisting and supporting gallery, alterations department, sales team, and leadership
Putting away merchandise & keep work place clean at all time
Assist sales & take payments
