A growing family-owned small business focusing on providing IT infrastructure and service delivery consulting to mid-level and enterprise organizations in the government and private sectors. Headquartered in Fort Mill, SC, CB5 has several offices in the local area as well as others within the US and globally. Position Overview:
This is an exciting opportunity to support Fortune 500 and 1000 customers, government and DoD customers, and to excel within a fantastic team. Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive audits of artifacts to create and maintain accurate, as-built models and drawings for all ITSD technical areas.
• Consult with engineers to understand configuration changes to update all related drawings and artifacts.
• Use Visio and other MBSE tools to create and maintain as-built configuration drawings or models.
• Review and research Change Requests and other work vehicles to complete tasks using Remedy™ ticketing system.
• Update and maintain the Configuration Management System (CMDB). Qualifications:
• Must have ability to obtain a Secret Clearance
• Remedy Experience and ITIL and very useful Certification Requirements: Desired: Current DoD 8570 approved IAT Level II certification such as Security+, ITIL Security Requirements: US Citizen and ability to obtain a Secret Clearance
